PC to Phone calls require the following minimum equipment:
1. Windows 98, NT, 2000, ME or XP with Microsoft JVM
2. Internet Explorer 4.0+ or Netscape 4.51+ (except 6.0)
3. Speakers and a microphone (external or internal) Headsets are strongly recommended for optimum sound quality
4. Minimum 56k modem connection
5. Minimum Pentium 133 MHz or equivalent processor with Multimedia capability (MMX)

Phone to Phone calls require a landline or mobile phone.
 
2. Does A2Z Global Call work with Windows XP?
Yes. A2Z Global Call customers with Windows XP enjoy using A2Z Global Call's new PC Dialer.
3. Does A2Z Global Call have a dialer I can load onto my desktop?

4. I have a Mac. Can I use A2Z Global Call? What if I use Linux or Unix?
A2Z Global Call PC to Phone does not support Mac, Linux or Unix operating systems. A2Z Global Call Phone to Phone service works regardless of the OS.
5. What are your rates?

6. Are your PC to Phone and Phone to Phone rates the same?
A2Z Global Call Phone to Phone service requires an additional per minute surcharge dependent on the originating location of your call. All charges for local connections to A2Z Global Call Phone to Phone access numbers are the responsibility of the caller. 7. Are there any hidden fees, charges or connection costs?
There are no hidden rates, fees or connection costs. A2Z Global Call accounts are pay-as-you-go. There are no taxes, and no connection fees for PC to Phone and Phone to Phone service. Phone to Phone calls have per minute surcharges due to their premium nature.

All funds deposited into your A2Z Global Call account are deducted according to the destination and length of your call. Rates are subject to change.
8. What methods of payment do you accept?
A2Z Global Call accepts Visa , MasterCard  and American Express.
9. What is your refund policy?
A2Z Global Call reserves the right to issue refunds based on individual circumstances. Refunds are neither automatic nor guaranteed. We will do everything we can to correct any difficulties that you experience with our calling service.
10. When can I start making calls after I sign up?
Once your credit card payment is approved you can begin making calls immediately. A2Z Global Call uses a thorough billing security check to protect our customers as well as to protect us. This process could take as much as two days.
11. When does my calling credit expire?

Account funds are available for a period of 90 days from the date of deposit. Once an account is activated and then remains inactive for a period of 90 days, any funds remaining in the account at the end of this period will be forfeited. New funds added before the expiry date will automatically renew the account and all funds for another 90-day period.

12. Do I need to open a new account when my funds are used up?
No. Just add funds to your existing account. You can use the same billing information or change it, if you wish.
13. Do I need a separate account for Phone to Phone service?
No. Your one A2Z Global Call account enables you to use both PC to Phone and Phone to Phone calling service.
14. Can someone else use my account?
Yes. While A2Z Global Call site is secure, anyone who has access to your A2Z Global Call Login ID and password can use your A2Z Global Call account. Please be careful to share your account information only with people you intend to have full access to your account.
 
15. When I sign up will I get bombarded by email?
From time to time A2Z Global Call sends out news of updates and latest developments. Also, we advise customers of special promotions and information regarding their accounts. It is always possible to unsubscribe from our mailing list. You can do so by clicking here: Unsubscribe.
